Here is a breakdown of the terms that you will find in my Customer Contracts. Your Contract will be emailed to you with your purchased Beat. Tagged Beats are tagged 2-4 times.

ALL BEATS ARE MASTERED 24BIT WAVS PEAKING AT 0DB

Leases:

-Royalty Free. You do not owe the Producer any Royalties from streaming or selling a song that is made with a Beat that you purchase from M43BEATS.STORE

-Unlimited Profit Use for all media platforms except YouTube. You can upload your song directly to YouTube but you can not apply for YouTube Content ID on a song that is made with a leased beat. This is reserved for Exclusive owners. You can not distribute your song to YouTube via Distributors (Distrokid, Tunecore etc.) YouTube Distribution and Content ID are reserved for Exclusive owners.

-Unlimited Duration. Your Lease is permanent.

-Performance and Broadcast Rights are granted.

-Synchronization Rights are not granted. This is reserved for Exclusive owners.

-Anyone else can Lease the Beat, up until the time that it is sold exclusively.

Exclusives:

-The Beat is no longer available for anyone else to purchase.

-Royalty Free. You do not owe the Producer any Royalties from streaming or selling a song that is made with a Beat that you purchase from M43BEATS.STORE

-Unlimited Profit Use for all media platforms. YouTube Content ID is permitted.

-Unlimited Duration. Your Purchase is permanent.

-Performance and Broadcast Rights are granted.

-Synchronization Rights are granted. The Beat’s Producer is owed 30% of Synchronization revenue.
